1. Scope of Application

The following terms and conditions apply to all contracts concluded between the customer and aeydeshoes.com. The customer’s terms and conditions shall only apply if expressly agreed in writing.

2. Conclusion of Contract

The product presentations on the website do not constitute a binding offer. By placing an order, the customer makes a binding offer to purchase the goods. The contract is formed when aeydeshoes.com accepts the order by sending an order confirmation.

3. Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices include statutory VAT. Shipping costs are not included and are shown separately during the ordering process. Payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.

4. Payment Methods

The following payment methods are accepted: credit card, PayPal, and other methods as indicated. Payment processing is handled by external service providers.

5. Delivery

Delivery is made to the delivery address specified by the customer. Delivery times are non-binding unless otherwise agreed. Delays in delivery do not entitle the customer to cancel the contract or claim damages.

6. Retention of Title

The goods remain the property of aeydeshoes.com until full payment is received.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day the goods are received. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform aeydeshoes.com of the decision to withdraw by means of a clear statement.

8. Returns

In case of withdrawal, the customer must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day of notification. The direct costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer.

9. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply. The warranty period for goods is two years from delivery.

10. Liability

aeydeshoes.com is liable for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, aeydeshoes.com is only liable in case of breach of essential contractual obligations. Liability for damages is limited to typical foreseeable damages.

11. Data Protection

12. Final Provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Should any provision be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
